Reservation Policies |
| • 50% deposit required to confirm reservation. Balance due
upon arrival. |
| • 15-day notice for cancellations, you will be refunded minus $30 - $50 fee. |
| • Reservations less than 2wks before stay, deposit
is applied to credit card. |
| • Personal checks are accepted for deposit only. |
| • Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover accepted. |
| • Check-out time is 10 am. Check-in time is 3 pm. |
| • Late check-out up to 12:00 pm can be arranged for an
extra $35. |
| • A $10 fee per person/per night may be added for parties over stated occupancy or for any
unannounced increase in room occupancy. Please notify the office when you have a change in the number of room guests. |
| • All rates are subject to change without notice. |
| • Pet Policy - Dogs and cats are welcome with an additional charge per pet, per night. There is a maximum of 2 pets per room. |
