| • 50% deposit required to confirm reservation. Balance due
upon arrival. |
| • 15-day notice for cancellations, you will be refunded minus $30 - $50 fee. |
| • Peak season rates apply for holidays and a 5 night minimum stay. |
| • If departure is before scheduled, guests will
be charged or refunded. |
| • Rates are subject to change without notice, please notify of extra guests. |
| • Reservations less than 2wks before stay, deposit
is applied to credit card. |
| • Personal checks are accepted for deposit only. |
| • Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover accepted. |
| • Check-out time is 10 am. Check-in time is 3 pm. |
| • Late check-out can be arranged for up to 12:00 pm for an
extra $35. |
| • Pets welcome with prior approval, subject to availability. $15/night pet fee |
