• 50% deposit required to confirm reservation. Balance due upon arrival.

• 15-day notice for cancellations, you will be refunded minus $30 - $50 fee.

• Reservations less than 2wks before stay, deposit is applied to credit card.

• Personal checks are accepted for deposit only.

• Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover accepted.

• Check-out time is 10 am. Check-in time is 3 pm.

• Late check-out up to 12:00 pm can be arranged for an extra $35.

• A $10 fee per person/per night may be added for parties over stated occupancy or for any unannounced increase in room occupancy. Please notify the office when you have a change in the number of room guests.

• All rates are subject to change without notice.

• Pet Policy - Dogs and cats are welcome with an additional charge per pet, per night. There is a maximum of 2 pets per room.
